Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) or Golang (Gin Framework or similar) (must-have).
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Next.js.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git version control (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture, Docker, and CI/CD is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services using Python or Golang.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS or Next.js.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and application performance optimization.
- Manage source code using Git and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation.
