What you bring:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field

•    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, retail learning, or L&D

•    Proven experience in managing training programs and leading teams

•    Strong knowledge of beauty retail, skincare, and makeup industry

•    Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills

Strongly preferred:

•    Experience in luxury or premium beauty brands

•   Strong analytical and reporting skills

•   Experience working with regional or global training teams

•   Certification in training, coaching, or instructional design
