Enterprise Application Development Manager

• Lead the development, enhancement, and support of enterprise business applications.

• Define application architecture, technology standards, and development best practices.

• Drive platform modernization, system integration, and application scalability.

• Manage application development projects, resources, timelines, quality, and releases.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Review business requirements and ensure feasible, scalable, and cost-effective system designs.

• Oversee integration between enterprise applications, ERP, WMS, DMS/SFA, Finance, BI, and other business systems.

• Establish application integration, API, security, and data governance standards.

• Partner with data and AI teams to enable analytics, dashboards, and AI-powered business solutions.

• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Manage external vendors and development partners to ensure quality delivery and knowledge transfer.

• Drive continuous improvement in application performance, engineering practices, and service delivery.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Engineering Manager or Technical Lead.

• Proven experience in developing and managing medium- to large-scale enterprise applications.

• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python, with solid knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), API development, and modern application architecture.

• Experience with system integration, microservices, DevOps/CI-CD, and software development best practices.

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, DMS/SFA, WMS, Supply Chain, Procurement, BI, or Management Dashboard systems.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, and application delivery projects.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled development tools, analytics platforms, and enterprise data integration is an advantage.

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
