Role Brief
- 3-10 years in institutional sales, with strong emphasis on crypto OTC, stablecoin liquidity, cross-border payments, or treasury solutions
- Proven track record closing $1M - $10M+ monthly volume in stablecoin settlements, remittances, or on/off-ramps (deal sheet + references mandatory)
- Existing client book in APAC corridors (banks, PSPs, corporates, stablecoin issuers, HNWI, merchants)
- Deep network in Singapore MAS-regulated entities, Hong Kong VATP?OTC desks, Southeast Asia local banks, or China-origin PSP corridors
Regulated experience (MAS MPI/DPT, HK SFC/VATP, MiCA, or equivalent)
- Bilingual capacity (English + Mandarin / Thai/ Indonesian/ Vietnamese a strong plus)
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, trading) to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
