Job Description
Processing and recording accounts payable invoices and expenses
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies
Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Qualifiqations
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets
Good communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes and procedures
