Key Responsibilities;
Support marketing team in preparing tender/proposal submissions
Analyze and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) mainly across civil, plumbing, and electrical works
Analyze and prepare cost estimates and pricing across civil, plumbing, and electrical works
Prepare project schedules using MS Project
Prepare technical documents for tender submissions
Maintain and update market price database
Qualifications;
Minimum 5 years experience as Estimator in EPC
Experience on big projects: high-rise building, plant, or factory
Able to estimate across multiple disciplines — civil, plumbing, and electrical
Able to do scheduling with MS Project
Proficient in AutoCAD, ETABS, Tekla, etc.
English working standard (not elementary) — spoken and written
