ACCOUNTANT

About the role

We are seeking a talented Accountant to join our team at PT SC Johnson And Son Indonesia. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial management and strategic decision-making processes within our company. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya office.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Assisting in the development and implementation of budgets and financial plans

• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data

• Participating in internal audits and responding to external audit inquiries

• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within a management accounting or budgeting environment

• Proficiency in financial analysis, data management, and report generation

• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
