Position: AI Solution Architect Manager
Location: Jakarta
Role Summary & Responsibility:
Lead the onboarding process for corporate clients, including understanding their existing workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
Analyze current business processes such as reporting, data aggregation, research, and internal operations, then design how AGENTIC STAR’s autonomous AI agents can automate or improve these workflows.
Coordinate with the client’s IT department and internal technical team to support platform configuration, including API/MCP connections with external systems such as Box, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise tools.
Conduct user training sessions, enablement programs, and hands-on workshops to ensure end-users understand how to instruct, collaborate with, and gain value from AI agents.
Monitor client usage data, identify potential churn risks, and proactively propose new AI agent use cases to increase product adoption, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Gather customer feedback, business requirements, and feature requests, then communicate them clearly to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending practical AI-driven workflow improvements that align with their business goals.
Requirement
Strong understanding of business processes, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
Good technical literacy, especially in AI solutions, SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, API integrations, CRM, ERP, or automation tools.
Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solution designs.
Experience in customer success, solution consulting, implementation, business analysis, digital transformation, or solution architecture.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.
Comfortable conducting client workshops, onboarding sessions, and user training.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify new use cases, adoption opportunities, and expansion potential.
Prior experience working with clients in telecommunications, finance, banking, insurance, or manufacturing industries is preferred
Experience with AI agents, generative AI, workflow automation, or business process automation is a strong advantage.
