Qualifications:
- Man with minimum bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, Management, or a related field)
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and Consignment; experience in the fashion/retail industry is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing multi-channel sales (offline)
- Understanding of branding strategies, campaigns, and digital marketing
- Goal-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to market changes
- Good speaking in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must, also has ability to communicate in Mandarin would be preferred.
The Role:
- You will lead sales and marketing strategies and execution to drive business growth:
- As a Strategic Growth Driver; Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- As a Channel Development; Manage and develop various sales channels (retail, modern trade, e-commerce, and distributors). Consignment Management: Manage strategic relationships with key accounts (Department Stores) and ensure sales performance at every distribution point remains optimal. Possess a deep understanding of operational systems, margin negotiations, and inventory management within Department Stores.
- As a Brand & Campaign Leader; Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (offline) aligned with the brand’s positioning.
- As a Team Leader; Manage, guide, and develop the sales & marketing team to achieve optimal performance.
- Data-Driven Decision; Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to determine effective strategies.
