Associate Lawyer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The Successful candidate/s will assist in handling various litigation cases, prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and appear in court under the supervision of senior counsels. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in handling civil, criminal and administrative cases

- Draft pleading, motions, legal memoranda, and other court filings

- Attend Hearings, pre-trial conferences, and court proceedings

- Conduct legal research and case law analysis

- Coordinate with clients, court, and government agencies

- Support senior Lawyer in case strategy development agencies

- Maintain case file and ensure timely submission of legal documents

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctors (J.D) degree

- Member of the integrated bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing

- CPA Lawyers and Fresh Bar Passers are welcome to apply

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill

- Strong legal research and analytical abilities

- Willingness to learn and work under supervision

- Able to work independently and in a team setting

- Willing to travel and attend off-site court hearing, if necessary
