UI/UX Designer

At Accelero Indonesia, we believe access to education starts with access to opportunity.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help us refine and elevate our website experience to make it easier, more intuitive, and more meaningful for people to support our mission.

Your work will contribute directly to improving how individuals discover our work, connect with our impact, and participate through public donations and partnerships.

What you’ll work on:

• Review and improve current website user flow

• Design a cleaner and more intuitive user experience

• Optimize donation journey and conversion flow

• Improve storytelling and impact presentation

• Create responsive and user-friendly interface designs

• Collaborate with our team to translate mission into digital experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in UI/UX design for websites or digital products

• Understands user-centered design principles

• Has experience with Figma or similar tools

• Understands conversion-focused design (donation, campaign, or customer journey experience is a plus)

• Can think strategically beyond aesthetics

Bonus if you:

• Have experience working with education, social impact, nonprofit, or community-based organizations

• Care about improving access to education
