Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and develop new affiliate partners aligned with company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with active affiliates
Manage affiliate onboarding and ensure smooth collaboration processes
Plan and execute affiliate campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales performance
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and provide regular reports
Develop recommendations and strategies to improve conversion and channel growth
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and related departments) to execute campaigns effectively
Ensure affiliate activities comply with company guidelines and standards
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is a plus)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership, Business Development, or similar roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable working with targets and performance analysis
Familiarity with affiliate platforms and digital marketing trends is an advantage
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
