Job Description – Full-Time Villa Driver

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly reliable Full-Time Driver to join our team at a brand-new private luxury villa. This role is ideal for someone with experience driving luxury vehicles and providing discreet, first-class service to owners, VIP guests, and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, smooth, and punctual transportation while ensuring our luxury vehicles are maintained to the highest standard. You will represent the villa through your professionalism, presentation, and commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, and professional transportation for the villa owner, family members, and guests.

• Operate luxury vehicles, including the Denza D9 and/or Toyota Alphard, with confidence and care.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation of all assigned vehicles, both inside and out.

• Plan efficient routes while considering traffic conditions and guest schedules.

• Assist with luggage, shopping, errands, airport transfers, and other transportation-related requests.

• Ensure complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the owner’s and guests’ privacy.

• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, insurance, registration, and fuel levels.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness.

• Coordinate with the Villa Manager regarding transportation schedules and special requests.

• Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Assist with light villa duties or errands when driving responsibilities are minimal.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience for private families, luxury villas, executive clients, or 5-star hotels.

• Proven experience driving a Denza D9, Toyota Alphard, or similar luxury executive vehicle is essential.

• Excellent knowledge of Bali roads, airports, hotels, restaurants, and key destinations.

• Outstanding driving record with a strong commitment to passenger safety.

• Valid Indonesian driver’s licence (SIM A).

• Good spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally with international guests.

• Excellent personal presentation, grooming, and professional etiquette.

• Honest, trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality.

• Calm, patient, and courteous with excellent customer service skills.

• Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime when required.

• Non-smoker preferred.
