Forklift Operator/Warehouse Staff

Job Purpose:

To support our warehousing and distribution operations. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient flow of materials and accurate inventory management within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transactions to maintain seamless material flow.
• Process incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and record transaction using Google Sheets and Syteline.
• Oversee picking and packing of outbound orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the issuance team to fulfill store issuance and support timely production deliveries.
• Assist in daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain organized records of warehouse transactions.
• Communicate with logistics teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.

Requirements:     

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehousing or logistics role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Syteline is preferred.
