About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive (Order Management and Sales Support) to join PT Hettich Indonesia in South Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the critical link between our customers, sales team, and internal operations, managing orders, processing requests, and providing comprehensive administrative support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Processing and managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinating with the sales team to provide real-time order status updates and proactive customer communication
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Preparing and maintaining sales documentation, quotations, invoices, and order confirmations
Managing order tracking and ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and service level agreements
Liaising between customers, sales representatives, the warehouse, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment
Maintaining accurate customer records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking
Identifying and escalating customer concerns to management for appropriate resolution
Assisting in the development and implementation of improved customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales administration roles within a commercial or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with SAP databases and E-document systems.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Prior Experience to Faktur Pajak & E-Materai application preferred
Soft Skills
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
