Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly capable and business-oriented Finance Manager to support and strengthen our operations in the Philippines. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance, particularly within a fast-paced and growing business environment. The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations, and supporting business decision-making through effective financial management and operational support. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily finance, accounting, taxation, and treasury operations • Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax regulations, BIR requirements, and statutory filings • Prepare and manage financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring • Support operational finance activities and strengthen internal financial controls and processes • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government agencies, and third-party service providers • Provide financial and risk management support to business operations • Monitor company expenses, inventory, fixed assets, and distributor-related financial transactions • Assist management in improving financial efficiency and supporting business growth initiatives • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and compliance documents
