Responsibilities :
Responsible for SAP master data maintenance, including the creation and modification of customer and vendor records, as well as the generation of new GL accounts
Analyze and deliver solutions for technical issues arising within the SAP Financial module
Documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for SAP systems
Provide training for new users
Conduct system testing and provided targeted user training for all system updates and enhancements
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in IT Applications support or related area
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Programming language and databases
Ability to analyze business workflows and convert them into comprehensive system architecture flowcharts
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specification under guidance from senior team members
Familiar with process documentation, specification writing, and knowledge management practices
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
