Responsibilities:
Responsible to check incoming goods from production and supplier to ensure that documents associate with them are accurate.
Responsible to create the Inspection Request and submitted to QA timely.
Responsible to ensure that all good received are labelled properly and put on the correct bin location
Responsible to pick the goods from racking / floor according to the transfer order documents and to ensure that all items are picked from the correct batches with correct quantity
Responsible to check part number, quantity, batches of and ensure they are packed properly before delivery
Responsible to record and report to the Warehouse Admin for every bin-to-bin movement
Responsible to manage rejected item in quarantine area and follow up to purchaser for required action
Responsible to transfer & receive materials to/from production according to transfer order (MIGO)
Responsible to arrange the vehicle required for domestic delivery
To be actively involved in the annual stock take and cycle count activities
To be responsible for the warehouse area cleanliness
Responsible to check the invoice from 3PL such as Trucking cost & Inventory cost.
To comply with all relevant EHS legal and other requirements associated with the job functions and responsibilities.
To comply with all EHS requirements affecting the operations, including those affecting the customers, suppliers and contractors supplying and serving the departments.
To participate in EHS programs and ensure full participation from subordinates in EHS programs.
Any other tasks as assigned by Supply Chain Manager from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma degree in Logistic management or relevant
Minimum 3 years similar experience in same field
Good communication and team building skills.
Multi-tasking person with high energy, self-motivated, self-reliant and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience in SAP knowledge especially for MM & WHS module.
English passive speaking & writing.
Able to work under pressure.
