About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Used Car Branch Manager to lead our Bandung branch. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also work closely with the head office to support business growth and improve branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, including sales, purchase, customer service, inventory, and administration.

• Lead, coach, and supervise the branch team.

• Achieve monthly sales, purchase and profitability targets.

• Monitor vehicle stock, pricing, and inventory movement.

• Ensure good customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.

• Prepare regular sales, purchase and operational reports.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Coordinate with the head office on business and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Preferably based in Bandung, or willing to relocate.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales or branch management, preferably in the used car industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales and purchase targets.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of the Indonesian used car market.

• Basic financial and reporting knowledge.

• Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business software.

• Valid driving licence.
