Job Descriptions:
Demonstrate understanding of core hospital services (inpatient, outpatient, emergency) and key tariff components (e.g., room charges, doctor services, procedures, diagnostics)
Accurately translate contract terms (e.g., discounts, caps, exclusions) into system configurations
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF formulas) for tariff preparation and analysis
Perform system input for hospital master data and support tariff uploads
Conduct reconciliation between contracts, tariff files, and system data, while identifying and resolving discrepancies
Manage end-to-end workflows, including timelines and coordination across processes
Collaborate effectively with hospitals, claims, and IT teams
Collaborate with hospitals and internal teams to support provider partnership initiatives & business development opportunities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in Provider Operations or Contract Operations
Exposure to claims handling and tariff management systems is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
