Job description:
The Online Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's online stores and e-commerce platforms. This role ensures that products are accurately listed, inventory is updated, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and online sales targets are achieved. The Online Store Manager works closely with the warehouse, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the company's online stores
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and updated with correct pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the warehouse regarding inventory levels.
- Update promotions, discounts, and special campaigns as approved by management.
Sales Management
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly online sales performance.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure online sales targets and KPIs are met.
Order Management
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for accurate picking, packing, and delivery.
- Resolve order issues such as cancellations, returns, refunds, and delivery concerns.
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across all online platforms.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely assistance.
- Maintain positive seller ratings and customer reviews.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels across all online platforms.
- Coordinate inventory updates with the warehouse to avoid overselling or stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits for online products.
Marketing Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Recommend new products, bundles, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors' pricing and promotional strategies.
Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Sales revenue
- Conversion rate
- Customer satisfaction
- Order fulfillment rate
- Return and cancellation rate
- Submit regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or online store management.
- Experience managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-commerce management tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
