# 🚀 WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable applications, modern APIs, cloud-native solutions, and leveraging AI-powered development tools to deliver high-quality software efficiently.

## Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET and C#

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Blazor or other modern frontend frameworks

• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and integrations

• Implement software solutions following SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments

• Integrate cloud services and infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders

• Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed

• Explore and implement AI-native solutions including LLM integration, prompt engineering, and intelligent workflows

## Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET and C# development

• Strong experience in RESTful API development and system integration

• Solid knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL databases

• Experience with Blazor is preferred; React or Vue.js experience is also acceptable

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and software design patterns

• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures

• Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud platforms

• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-native development, including Prompt Engineering, LLM API Integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or Agentic Workflows

• Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies

• Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or equivalent platforms as part of daily development workflows

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture

• Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, Enterprise Software, or Digital Product environments
