Setup and maintain Parameter/rules/workflows of Collection Systems
• Provide technical support and user training for Collection’s notification system
• Manage account distribution to support Collection & Recovery teams (internal and external), ensuring accurate allocation and operational readiness.
• Perform daily operational management of Collection Systems, including data usability, system availability, and usage accuracy.
• Supervise system operator for Collection notification channels, including WhatsApp, Chatbot, Email, and SMS.
• Conduct system maintenance and monitoring for notification platforms to ensure stability, performance, and service quality.
• Create and maintain notification performance dashboards and regular monitoring reports to track Collection & Recovery performance.
• Monitor and validate notification usage and volumes prior to processing vendor payments.
• Execute & manage payment monitoring and reconciliation related to Collection notification vendors.
• Act as SLIK Supervisor, ensuring proper monitoring, reporting accuracy, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Coordinate and support other Collection system administration and operational activities as required.
• Perform other Collection system and administrative duties as assigned.
