Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Job Description
- Oversee daily kitchen operations within the assigned section.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
- Supervise, train, and support Kitchen Staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory usage and minimize food waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant or café.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
