Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years US or UK banking/financial account experience in a contact center environment.
- Must have experience from the following financial accounts: banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or other similar roles.
- Good problem solving skills with proper and assertive communication
- Understanding of customer service domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions.
