1. Sales & Business Development
?Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients (manufacturers using robotic systems and other equipment supplied by SUN-WA TECHNOS)
?Conduct regular client visits to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
?Identify and develop new business leads in the manufacturing and trading sectors
?Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and production/lead time plans to clients
2. Technical Coordination & After-Sales Support
?Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules
?Handle customer requirements related to PEZA, BOC regulations, Incoterms, and technical descriptions
?Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting, and follow-up to ensure continued client satisfaction
3. Team Supervision
?Provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to junior sales staff
?Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
?Report team performance and client activity to management
4. Client Site Visits
?Conduct regular and as-needed visits to client sites using the company vehicle
?Represent SUN-WA TECHNOS professionally in all client-facing engagements
Bachelor's degree (4-year course), preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales within a manufacturing or trading company
Experience in a supervisory or senior sales role (Sales Supervisor or equivalent)
Knowledgeable in PEZA and BOC rules and regulations
Familiar with Incoterms and technical product descriptions
Capable of preparing professional quotations and proposals
Knowledgeable in production forecasting and planning
Strong client relationship management and after-sales handling skills
Supervisory skills/people management experience
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knows how to drive (company vehicle and Drive provided for client visits)
Benefits:
HMO, 13th-month pay, Bonus (1~2 months) around January, SL and VL
Full benefits will be discussed with the selected candidate during the job offer/contract discussion
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00~17:00
