What you'll own
1. LIVE support
Support affiliates with their LIVE setup and field their inquiries as they come up — product questions, giveaway mechanics, and anything they need to run a smooth session.
Be the hotline during LIVE sessions: on-call and quick to respond to any request or question while a creator is live.
Set up and manage LIVE ads on TikTok to drive traffic and viewership to our sessions.
2. Video creator management
Manage pool of KOLs producing video content for the brand accounts & creator accounts — the day-to-day relationship, briefing, and coordination.
Develop and plan out video content, brief for affiliates on a weekly/ monthly basis
Plan and own the video campaign calendar — what content goes out, when, and around which promotions and launches.
Edit videos on capcut & Tiktok and manage daily posting on all social media platforms
Monitor video creator performance — track output and results, spot the hero content, and keep creators focused on what's working.
Key requirement
- Responsive and dependable — you don't leave messages sitting, especially when someone's live.
- Have worked with creators, KOLs - Familiar with Tiktok Shop, LIVE selling, Creator Ecosystem
Bonus points
Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager — especially LIVE ads / promoting LIVE.
Experience with TikTok Shop mechanics
Understanding of Spark Ads and affiliate authorization workflows.
