Studio Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Studio Manager to join our dynamic team at Motel Mexicola' in Bali. As the Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring the smooth running of all activities and events. This is a full-time position based in our Bali location.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and support the creative team, managing workflow, and deadlines

• Coordinate tasks across graphic, motion, video , and photographer teams

• Maintain quality control across all creative output in line with brand standards

• Act as a bridge between creative, marketing, and operations when needed

• Assist with scheduling, workload planning, and identifying potential bottlenecks

• Ensure files, assets, and projects are properly organised and archived

• Experience in graphic design and photo direction, with an understanding of visual storytelling
