Production Staff

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for performing meat production operations including raw meat preparation, cooking, packaging, and labeling while ensuring correct product quality and appearance. Follows approved recipes, production procedures, and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, FIFO/FEFO). Operates equipment safely, minimizes waste, maintains accurate production records, and observes safety, sanitation, and housekeeping practices to support efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• At least Vocational Course or High School Graduate; preferably with background in Industrial Technology, Food Processing, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Preferably with 6 months experience in meat production within a manufacturing or food industry setting.
• Knowledge of production and product handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with GMP, Food Safety, and Quality Systems.
• Basic understanding of production documentation and traceability.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and cooperate within a team.
• With experience in cooking or heat processing of meat products 
• Capable of standing or lifting materials for extended periods.

Curious about the Work Schedule?

• Compressed work schedule: Monday to Thursday (6am – 5pm) and Friday (6am – 3pm)
• No work on Saturdays and Sundays.
