System Analyst

PT Sinergi Rekatama, a subsidiary of PT Infiniti Reka Solusi, is seeking an experienced and dedicated System Analyst to join our team. As a System Analyst, you will play a strategic role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing the information systems that support our business operations. This position requires a professional with a deep understanding of technology infrastructure and business processes, as well as the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. You will work on key projects that directly impact the company’s success. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and user requirements to develop appropriate system solutions.Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.

• Create system documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support system development by providing functional guidance and requirement clarification.

• Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Assist in system implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Identify opportunities for system improvements and process optimization.

• Monitor industry trends and recommend new technologies or system enhancements.

• Ensure system solutions meet business objectives and user needs.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a System Analyst, or as a Software Developer with significant experience in system analysis and business requirements gathering.

• Strong understanding of System Analysis, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Business Process Mapping, and Solution Design methodologies.

• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into effective system solutions.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions across cross-functional teams.

• Experience preparing technical documentation, including BRD, FSD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and Test Documentation.

• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including SIT and UAT.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptable to evolving technologies, methodologies, and business needs.

• A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and diverse functional teams.
