Who We’re Looking For Mood Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to join our team. This role involves supervising associate clinicians, providing clinical oversight, and maintaining a limited caseload of clients. We’re looking for a supervisor who is passionate about supporting the professional development of pre-licensed therapists and ensuring excellence in clinical care. Key Responsibilities - Provide ~6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week - Conduct ~3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly - Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week - Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed - Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards - Collaborate with our clinical leadership team as needed Qualifications & Skills - Must hold a valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) - Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings - Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred - Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills - Passion for equity in mental health care and supporting clinician growth What We Offer - Comprehensive Clinical Support – Continuous case consultation and collaboration with our senior leadership team. - Supervisor Training and Resources – Structured onboarding and access to current BBS-compliant supervision tools and templates. - Legal & Ethical Guidance – Direction from our clinical leadership team regarding BBS regulations, documentation standards, and risk management. - Diverse Clinical Team – Opportunity to collaborate with LMFTs, LPCCs, NPs, and LCSWs from various specialties and backgrounds. - Mission-Driven Engagement – Contribute to an organization committed to equitable, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. - Purposeful Mentorship – Guide early-career clinicians in their professional development while enhancing your own leadership and clinical identity.
