Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B, cafe, beverage shop, dessert store
- Fresh graduates with strong attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
- Friendly, active, and customer service oriented
- Able to handle cashier, order taking, and guest interaction
- Understand basic hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS system and digital ordering platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily store operations and customer service
- Prepare beverages and desserts according to SOP
- Manage cashier and order transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support stock checking and daily operational needs
- Ensure positive guest experience and service consistency
