Role Overview

• Position: Influencer Marketing Specialist (PH Market)
• Work Type: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
• Schedule: 5 days a week, 2 days off per week

Job Responsibilities

• Influencer Sourcing & Acquisition: Actively scout, identify, and recruit local Filipino influencers, KOLs, KOCs, vloggers, and live-streamers across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook who align with our platform's target audience.
• Contracting & Negotiation: Initiate outreach, negotiate collaboration terms, and secure signed partnership agreements and promotional campaign schemes with influencers.
• Compensation & Payout Structure: Assist management in designing, executing, and optimizing influencer compensation models, including fixed salaries, RevShare (revenue sharing), CPA, and commission/bonus distribution systems.
• Campaign Execution: Brief influencers on product features and compliance rules, monitor their video/stream deliverables, and ensure marketing materials are deployed effectively to drive user acquisition.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance metrics (clicks, registrations, deposits, ROI) of each influencer campaign to ensure KPIs and work targets are consistently achieved.

Job Requirements

• PH Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Philippines' social media landscape, internet culture, and trending content formats.
• Proven Resources: Must possess an active, readily available network of local Filipino influencers, OR demonstrate strong, proven methods to quickly source and connect with high-potential creators.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Tagalog is a huge plus) to pitching value propositions and closing deals under budget.
• Target-Driven: Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under key performance indicators (KPIs) in a remote work environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, crypto, or casual gaming sectors is highly preferred but not mandatory if you have exceptional influencer resources.
