Our client is a leading email marketing agency serving top e-commerce brands. Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on results. We seek a talented Email Marketing Designer to join our client's ambitious team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the email design team to produce exceptional and conversion-focused email campaigns
- Collaborate closely with our client's talented in-house design team to concept and evolve aesthetically pleasing and high-converting email campaigns, providing ongoing art direction and oversight to ensure visual excellence across all projects
- Work iteratively on campaign designs, keeping up with the fast pace of an Agile development environment, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to level up campaign performance
- Bring email marketing campaigns to life by expertly arranging brand assets, product imagery, logos, and copy into aesthetically pleasing layouts optimized for engagement and conversion
- Leverage your deep expertise in email design best practices to create spam filter-friendly, mobile-responsive emails and deliver an exceptional user experience
- Partner with team members in Copywriting and Development to bring campaigns smoothly from concept to execution
Requirements
**Requirements**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing innovative email marketing campaigns
- Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent time management and organization skills to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to receive constructive feedback with grace and incorporate it rapidly
- Passion for email marketing and desire to push creative boundaries in the channel
