Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and oversee all purchasing activities to ensure smooth production and supply chain operations

• Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards

• Conduct thorough price and quality comparisons, prepare analysis reports, and provide recommendations for purchasing decisions

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve optimal cost efficiency

• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and continuously develop new supplier networks

• Ensure all purchased materials and goods comply with food safety and quality requirements

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages or overstocking

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles; prior experience in the food industry is highly preferred

• Strong skills in vendor selection, comparison, evaluation, and recommendation

• Good analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities

• Must possess a private vehicle (2-wheel or 4-wheel) and a valid driving license

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Familiarity with supply chain processes and food safety standards is an advantage
