Secured Credit Underwriting Officer

·         Develop and spearheads the execution of credit operation approval process of consumer business strategies

·         Explore new potential system & method of analysis and approval on credit application process to make it effective and efficien

·         Identifies premium costumer

·         Identifies key objectives, financial and other performance measures for the group

·         Identifies, allocates and organises resource requirements, including people development requirements

 ·         Drive and monitor realisation Secured Credit Underwriting group expense.

·         Monitor credit application approval based on Turn Around Time SLA to achieve consumer credit growth.

·         Drives & Manage approval rate of credit consumer bankwide.

·         Act as commitee credit approval as credit approval Limit.

·         Supervise credit loan process data entry, underwriting, analysis, signing and disbursement to achieving loan target and business growth.

·         Monitor, review and develop the execution of the credit underwriting policies and procedures in effort to make theprocess proper, effective and also efficient.

·         Develop and ensure communication credit underwriting of credit procedures and policies distributed also understood well to be executed with same standards in cross area.
