Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare accounts.
- Provide accurate information regarding member benefits, claims, and account concerns.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
Qualifications
- Senior High School or High School Graduate
- No call center experience required
- English proficiency equivalent to B1 CEFR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
