Insurance Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, provide policy information, process account updates, and resolve concerns through inbound and outbound voice support while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance policies, billing, claims, and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, coverage, and policy benefits.
• Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, and account maintenance.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction performance metrics.
• Follow company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School (SHS) graduate or at least 2nd year college completed.
• Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an insurance account is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
