Java Developer

We are hiring for Java SpringBoot Developers.

On-site: Jakarta Area


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Build and maintain microservices-based applications.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
• Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Support deployment activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java Spring Boot Developer.
• Active English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle.
• Familiar with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Redis and caching mechanisms is preferred.
• Familiar with JUnit, Mockito, and Postman for testing.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative Agile development environment.
