ABOUT US
We're aimasukptn, an AI-powered EdTech startup helping Indonesian students crush their SNBT exams.
Things are moving fast. We hit 100k users in our first 3 months and backed that up with a $1,500 grant from Google. Between March and June 2026, we actually outranked Duolingo to hit #1 in the Education category on both the App Store and Play Store. We are sitting solid in the top 10 right now, and we need sharp, creative interns to help us keep the momentum going.
THE ROLE
This is a flexible, remote internship for university students from batches 2023 to 2026.
You aren't here to do busywork. You will be working directly with the founding team, taking complete ownership of our TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will be pushing content for an app that hundreds of thousands of students already use, so you get real portfolio impact from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Creating, shooting, and posting daily content on TikTok and IG Reels.
* Figuring out how we should talk to our student audience to build our brand voice.
* Testing different video formats, looking at the data, and figuring out how to go viral.
* Pitching in on early-stage marketing ideas to get us more users.
* Max 2 to 3 hours of work a day.
WHO YOU ARE
* You are obsessed with TikTok and IG Reels and know exactly what trends are hitting right now.
* You are creative, proactive, and just a fun person to work with.
* If you already have some content creation experience, that's a huge plus.
PAY & PERKS
* Base Pay: Starts at Rp 60.000/day plus performance bonuses. (To give you an idea: one of our current interns makes Rp 5.000.000 a month working these short hours).
