Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strong relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new prospective clients
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting for the region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support regional sales efforts
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools to drive decision-making
- Familiarity with the region's market and a strong understanding of the packaging or manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
