SHOPKEEPER

Bonjour Bali is looking for a passionate and welcoming Shopkeeper to join our first retail store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they enjoy a positive shopping experience.

• Assist customers in finding products that best suit their needs.

• Handle sales transactions and operate the POS system accurately.

• Keep up to date with product collections, promotions, and store policies.

• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

• Host jewelry and swimsuit design workshops for international guests.

• Capture photos and short videos to support the marketing team’s content.

• Work closely with the Store Manager to deliver smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a boutique, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Confident communicating in English with international customers.

• Positive, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.

• Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with groups.

• Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation.

• Able to use a smartphone to take quality photos and short videos.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
