We are looking for Villa Supervisor position for our Villas in Uluwatu area.
Job Descriptions:
Overseeing the daily operations of the villa to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
Coordinating with all departments, managing staff performance, and ensuring that all villa facilities are well-maintained
Supervising check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests and complaints efficiently, and ensuring all services meet company standards
Monitors housekeeping and maintenance activities, ensures cleanliness and readiness of the villas, and conducts regular inspections
In addition, the role involves managing staff schedules, training team members, and maintaining effective communication
Oversee procurement and inventory control, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in excellent condition
Requirements:
Domicile in Bali
Can join immediately
Min Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Proven experience in hospitality management
Exceptional ability to provide high-quality guest service with attention to detail and anticipation of guests' needs
Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of motivating and directing staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with guests, staff, and vendors
