Accountant Staff

We are an Architectural and Engineering firm seeking a detail-oriented Accountant Staff to join our team in Jakarta.

This role is ideal for a fast learner with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience supporting a firm's daily financial and accounting operations.

Note:

• Salary offered is gross (before tax and deductions).

• BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are provided in accordance with government regulations.

Requirements:

• Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (required).

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance; exposure to multi-project or multi-entity accounting is a plus.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, cross-sheet reconciliation, financial workbook management), with experience using accounting software.

• Strong grasp of bookkeeping fundamentals, accounts payable/receivable, and basic tax reporting (PPh, PPN).

• Highly detail-oriented and accurate when handling financial data.

• Capable of managing multiple accounts/ledgers while meeting reporting deadlines.

• Trustworthy, well-organized, and able to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Motivated to grow into higher-level reporting and analysis responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions across multiple accounts and project ledgers.

• Process accounts payable/receivable, including vendor invoices and payment tracking.

• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.

• Keep digital and physical financial documents organized and properly filed.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and expense summaries across multiple projects/entities.

• Support multi-payer/multi-project accounting, including tracking costs across different funding sources within a project.
