Are you passionate about sales and building strong client relationships? Join Bounce Street Asia & Naughty Olive and help drive business growth by promoting our wide range of products and services, including corporate events, field trips, birthday parties, private events, group bookings, and F&B experiences.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, schools, communities, and other potential markets.
• Conduct canvassing and client visits to generate new leads and expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote and sell products and services from Bounce Street Asia and Naughty Olive, including Corporate Events, Field Trips, Birthday Parties, Private Events, Group Bookings, and F&B packages.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver engaging sales presentations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution and excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in B2B or the service industry.
• Experience in canvassing, lead generation, and business development.
• Experience in the recreation, entertainment, hospitality, or F&B industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, canvassing, and business development activities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
