Part-Time Live Streaming Host (TikTok)

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct live streams on the TikTok platform according to the streaming schedule.

2. Introduce and showcase products in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner.

3. Interact with viewers in real time during livestreams, answer product questions, and drive sales conversions.

4. Deliver livestream content in accordance with the streaming script, promotional activities, and brand requirements.

5. Maintain close communication with the operations team, handling pre-stream preparation and post-stream review.

6. Be familiar with product knowledge and accurately explain product selling points, features, and advantages.

7. Uphold the brand image and provide users with a high-quality shopping experience.

8. Assist with filming short videos or other promotional content as needed.

Job Requirements

1. Indonesian nationality, able to livestream fluently in Indonesian, with basic English communication skills.

2. Presentable, strong on-camera presence, articulate, and comfortable appearing on camera.

3. Cheerful, personable, with good communication and interactive skills.

4. Familiar with TikTok's livestream algorithm and streaming rules, able to proficiently operate backend tools.

5. Experience in livestreaming, sales, retail, or short video content creation preferred.

6. Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, or other local social media platforms.

7. Able to accept flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and during major promotional events.

8. Conscientious and responsible in work, punctual, with a certain awareness of sales targets.

Preferred Conditions

1. Experience livestreaming on platforms TikTok or Shopee.

2. 6+ months of livestreaming experience with sportswear/footwear, sports equipment, or fashion brands.

3. Able to stream for 3+ hours per session.

1. Outstanding performers may be converted to full-time host positions.

2. Please provide past livestream recordings and hourly output data before the interview.
