About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Research Staff member to join Cosmetotest in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position ideally suited for motivated fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in the cosmetic and clinical research industry.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our daily clinical research operations, ensuring the success of our studies, and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity. What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with the recruitment, screening, and enrolment of study participants.

• Conducting informed consent discussions and ensuring all regulatory documentation is properly completed.

• Administering study protocols and maintaining accurate, detailed study records.

• Collecting and processing biological samples according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Performing vital sign measurements and basic clinical assessments.

• Monitoring participant safety and reporting any adverse events or protocol deviations.

• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data integrity throughout the research process.

• Supporting investigator-led activities and assisting with study visits and follow-up appointments.

• Coordinating with laboratory facilities and ensuring timely processing of samples.

• Maintaining study equipment and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.

• Preparing study reports and documentation for regulatory submission.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (prior internship experience in a lab, hospital, or clinical setting is a plus).

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain meticulous records.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with participants and research teams.

• A strong willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Physical capability to perform various clinical tasks, including sample collection.

• Fluency in Indonesian and a good command of English (both written and spoken) is highly desirable.
