Product Manager - Medical Devices (Surgical & Urology)

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Health Sciences, Medical Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Specialist or Product Manager in a medical device distribution company.

3. Proven experience in managing Surgical and Urology product portfolios.

4. Demonstrated ability to develop marketing plans, formulate product launch strategies, and manage the product lifecycle.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and team coaching skills.

6. Well-established professional network with physicians and both public and private hospitals.

7. Willing to travel on business to various regions.

8. High level of integrity, discipline, dedication, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Surgical and Urology Instruments product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle.

2. Develop and implement product strategies aligned with target market needs and company objectives.

3. Create and maintain the product roadmap and annual business plan.

4. Provide technical and clinical support to the sales team to drive business growth.

5. Conduct product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and product training for internal teams and customers.

6. Support hospital visits, tender processes, and technical discussions and negotiations with healthcare professionals and procurement teams.

7. Perform market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and hospital requirements.

8. Identify new business opportunities and recommend product portfolio expansion or development initiatives.

9. Coordinate product updates, training programs, and marketing activities to ensure successful product positioning and market penetration.
