Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Execute multi-channel outreach through phone calls, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn messaging to engage prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads based on client-defined criteria before scheduling meetings.
- Build rapport with prospects, uncover business needs, and effectively communicate the client's products or services.
- Schedule qualified appointments and maintain accurate calendars for the sales team.
- Record all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outbound calls, appointments booked, and qualified opportunities.
- Prepare regular activity and performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Proven experience with AI integration in social media marketing, including the use of AI tools to support content creation, campaign management, audience analysis, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, including:
- Case studies of campaigns they personally managed.
- Sample social media content, creatives, and content calendars.
- Campaign performance statistics, such as:
- Audience growth
- Reach and impressions
- Engagement rate
- Click-through rate (CTR)
- Leads or conversions generated
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), if applicable
- A brief explanation of the AI tools used and how they contributed to improving campaign performance, efficiency, or content quality.
