Maintenance Electrician

Job Scope :

1. Ability to perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines, equipment, and electrical systems to ensure stable operations.

2. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including control panels, motors, sensors, PLC systems, inverters, and industrial electrical components.

3. Ability to conduct preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and inspection activities according to maintenance schedules and standards.

4. Capability to analyze electrical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.

5. Knowledge of machine installation, electrical wiring, commissioning, and equipment improvement projects.

6. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

7. Understanding of industrial safety standards, electrical safety procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

8. Ability to coordinate with production teams and external technicians/vendors during equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

9. Ability to maintain maintenance records, prepare reports, and monitor equipment performance.

10. Good teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work under operational pressure in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

2. Experienced in electrical maintenance, preferably in automotive or excavator/heavy equipment manufacturing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of PLC, control panels, motors, sensors, inverters, and industrial electrical systems.

4. Experienced in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, machine installation, and equipment commissioning.

5. Able to read electrical drawings and perform electrical repair activities.

6. Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and safety awareness.

7. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

8. Willing to work in Karawang.
